Terms and Conditions

By making a booking with Paddock for paws you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.


*Bookings start on the hour. Please do not enter the carpark before your start time. Sessions last for 50 mins. Please vacate the field promptly and leave the car park no more than 5 minutes after your session has ended. Anyone who overstays will be refused future use. If you arrive late you must still vacate at the end time of your booked session. If anyone is in the field or car park beyond their session time please inform us immediately on 07498561185.

*Car park and entry- Please close the car park entrance gate before you let your dog out of the car. Dogs should be on lead in the car park as this area is not as secure as the field. Leave the car park entrance gate open as you leave for the next customer to enter.

Entry into the field is double gated. For your security, there is a combination lock should you wish to lock the gate after you enter so that no one else can wonder in. The code is changed at regular intervals. Please contact us should you need the code to lock yourself in.

ENSURE NO ONE IS IN THE FIELD PRIOR TO ENTERING. AS WE ARE CLOSE TO RICHMOND SOME PEOPLE MAY WALK SO YOU MAY NOT SEE A CAR IN THE CAR PARK BUT SOMEONE MAY BE IN THE FIELD.

*The gate to the car park/road should be closed before you get your dog out of the car. Please leave it open on leaving to allow the next people to drive straight in.

*Please ensure you watch your dog at all times. Dog waste MUST be picked up and put in one of the bins provided. Please bring your own bags but spares will be provided should you forgot. 

We operate a system of see a poo pick it up. This will ensure that any accidently missed poos are collected before people stand them. It is very much appreciated that customers help keep the field clean in-between our daily field checks.

*Toys are not provided. Should you bring any with you please ensure they are all taken away.

*Please take all litter home with you. Do not put anything other than dog waste in the poo bins.

*Failure to pick up dog waste, litter or toys will result in refusal of future use.

*Regular inspections take place but if you should see anything not right please inform us immediately on 07498561185.

*HAZARD- Paddock for paws field is in a countryside setting and therefore may contain hazards consistent with this. The area could contain uneven ground, stones, branches etc all of which may be concealed by the grass.  By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are agreeing to use the field at your own risk and Paddock for paws will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury to you, your dog, your belongs or to anyone in your party.

*You are advised to wear appropriate footwear.

*The fencing in general is 6ft high, and dug underground, but due to uneven ground it may be slightly lower in the odd place. If you are unsure whether your dog will jump higher than this, please get in touch to have a look around before booking. Paddock for paws accepts no liability for dogs escaping.


*Never climb on any of the fencing or equipment. The equipment is for dog use only

*Any holes dug must be refilled.

*The field is hired by yourself and cannot be transferred to anyone else. You can, however, invite another household to use the field with you (provided the correct number of dogs have been booked and paid for, and there is a maximum of 3 cars).To add additional dogs once the booking has been made please text on 07498561185 to add these to the booking. The hirer is responsible for ensuring that all persons using the field with them read and agree to the terms and conditions.

*You must ensure you hold third party insurance (usually art of your pet insurance) as you will be liable for any damaged caused by anyone in your party and your dog(s).

*Regular inspections take place but if you should see anything that needs repairing, such as equipment or fencing, please let us know immediately. We will endeavor to have these removed/repaired as quickly as possible and make other users aware. However, this may not be able to be done immediately, therefore Paddock for paws will take no responsibility should your dog escape from the broken fencing or receive an injury for broken equipment. It is your responsibility to ensure your dogs safety at all times.

*It is your responsibility to ensure your dogs vaccinations, and kennel cough, are up to date. Paddock for paws will not be held liable for illness, infection or ill health your dog experiences. 

*If your dog, or any dog in your household has been unwell in the last 48 hours please do not bring your dog to the field. This could be harmful to other dogs, especially old dogs or puppies.


*Cancellations

Cancellations can only be made with more than 48 hours notice. No refunds will be given. If correct notice is given then your booking will be rescheduled. Please contact us to cancel and reschedule on 07498561185


*Please respect our neighbours. DO NOT park or wait on or over any adjoining driveways and please keep noise to a minimum.


*Children are allowed with an accompanying adult. No children under 16 should be left in the field alone. Children should not be allowed to climb on any of the equipment. Children must be supervised at all times.

*Dogs should not be left unattended at any time, whether this be in the field or in the car park and dogs should never be left in a vehicle. Dogs should not be tethered to any of the fencing or equipment.

*No smoking or vaping at anytime in the field or the car park. Please leave vapes in your car so save them being accidentally dropped in the field.


*Liability

FOR ABSOLUTE CLARITY- You, your party and your dogs behavior is wholly your responsibility. Use of the field is entirely at your own risk and Paddock for paws accepts no liability for losses, damages or injuries incurred onsite. 


BANNED BREEDS

*Banned breeds are very welcome in our field as long as the following is followed

-Banned breed dogs can be in the field without a lead and without being muzzled once the gate is locked

-Banned breeds can socialise in the field with others from the same household 

-Banned breeds cannot socialise with any dogs outside of their household

-you must lock the gate once inside the field. Please contact us on 07498 561185 for the code. 

-Banned breeds must hold a valid exemption certificate and third party insurance and will be required in the event of a claim

-Your dog is your responsibility at all times and Paddock For Paws cannot be held accountable for any situation that may arise when you are using the field.
